What we collect
The contact form collects your work email, what you choose under “I am a”, and, if you write one, your note. It records your request to get in touch. If you contact us separately, we also receive the information you send us.
To keep automated submissions out, the form runs Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives your IP address and signals from your browser. Like any website, our hosting provider also receives your IP address with each request.
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see how pages are used: which pages you view, what you click, how far you scroll, and where you came from. It sets Google Analytics cookies in your browser to recognize a returning visit. Google receives your IP address and information about your browser and device, and reports to us in aggregate and by a pseudonymous browser identifier, never by name or email. Google Analytics does not run for visitors in the European Economic Area (including its overseas regions), the United Kingdom, the Crown Dependencies, Gibraltar, or Switzerland. This website runs no advertising.
How we use it
We use your email to reply and to set up a walkthrough of Kaskade. If you write a note or send a question, we use your email and message to reply. We use what you choose under “I am a” to understand who is asking. We do not sell your information or share it for other companies’ marketing.
Who handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the Turnstile check.
- Resend delivers each form submission to our inbox. It stores a copy of each message it sends, including your email address, what you chose under “I am a”, and your note, with a record of whether it arrived. It shows us that copy in its dashboard and keeps it for 30 days.
- Google Workspace holds our inbox.
- Google Analytics measures visits to this website. Google’s advertising features and Google signals are off.
Cloudflare, Resend, Google Workspace, and Google Analytics process it on our behalf. Cloudflare uses the Turnstile signals to tell people from automated traffic for us, and also uses them under its own Turnstile privacy terms to improve Turnstile. Cloudflare serves this website from the data center nearest you, so your information may be processed outside the United States.
How long we keep it
Our form handler stores nothing: it passes your submission on as an email and records only the outcome of each submission, never your email or note. Resend keeps its copy of each message for 30 days. We keep emails in our inbox for as long as we need them to respond to your request, including setting up a walkthrough, and delete them sooner if you ask.
Google Analytics keeps the visit data tied to a browser identifier for 14 months. Its cookies last up to two years, and your browser may delete them sooner.
Tracking and Do Not Track
Google Analytics recognizes a returning visit to this website through its cookies. This website does not track you across other websites, and does not let others do so for advertising or profiling. It does not respond to a browser Do Not Track signal. To stop Google Analytics, block or delete its cookies in your browser, or use Google’s opt-out add-on.
